Kathleen Wynne is now backtracking from her initial support of the Liberal’s proposed Climate Change Action Plan amid backlash that the plan would increase an average Ontarian family’s energy bill by a whopping $4,500 per year. The plan, which is expected to cost over $7 Billion, would see natural gas usage completely phased out of usage by 2050.
